We are in search for:

Provide concierge level of service to Coastal Wealth’s Life and Disability Brokerage Team. Current Experience in Industry Preferred.

  • Tracking and Processing of New Business.

  • Contracting and Onboarding of new Brokers.

Controller (Coastal Wealth)

Position Overview:  As the Controller you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all facets of the company’s accounting operations, which entails directing all maintenance, analysis and reporting of financial records including budgets, planning, and required filings.  You will be expected to help develop business strategies and metrics, and present findings and recommendations to management, but will report directly to the CEO.

Front Desk Receptionist  (Coastal Wealth)

Position Overview:  As the first point of contact for the agency the front desk personnel shall facilitate positive contact and communications between visitors and agency staff and/or financial representatives by physically or virtually greeting visitors at multiple office locations.   In addition to fielding incoming phone calls, he/she will also offer support by performing administrative and clerical tasks, including the handling and distribution of correspondence.

Agency Technology Specialist (Coastal Wealth)

Position Overview:  The Agency Technology Specialist (ATS) should possess technical expertise accompanied with a positive attitude and great interpersonal skills.   In collaboration with Home Office (HO) resources and the agency's technology team, he/she will function as the firm's on-site technical resource with regard to cyber protection, technical troubleshooting, device setup and software training and implementation.  This includes overseeing effective, secure, and compliant agent system and software usage, system access issues, and the setup, rollout, maintenance and oversight of HO technology requirements, practices, and equipment.

Client Service Associate for SET Team (Coastal Wealth)

Position Overview:  Acts as an assistant and liaison to a series of financial advisors & wealth management professionals assisting with date entry of new business processing, applications, and general service requests.  While executive assistant, general administration, or office management experience is preferred, the position is open to newcomers looking for an opportunity for a new career and future advancement.  Financial industry history is a plus! Position is hybrid role requiring 2-3 days in office.
