Dr. Carmen M. Castro, D.B.A. is a Distinguished Professor and World-Renowned Motivational Speaker of International Business and Comparative Economics Systems. Dr. Castro is also the recipient of eight International awards two of these awards being, “The Global Female Economic Champion and Global Hall of Fame Economic Champion, 2013, in Dubai.” Dr. Castro is also the Founder & CEO of Aurora International Global Education Companies since 2006, where Dr. Castro develops Educational Programs for Executive MBAs and Doctoral Programs for Fortune 500 companies seeking Executive DBAs programs around the world in International Entrepreneurship, International Economic Development, International Financial Management, Financial Services, and understanding the International Economic Free Zones in the Middle East, South America, Eastern Europe and Russia, Business Development Strategies, Global Market Entry, International Trade, and Global Marketing. Now, Dr. Castro is sharing her overall knowledge base in the Financial Services Industry as a Financial Services Professional for new Business Entrepreneurs and Startup Companies in South Florida as well as with the Economic Development Zone in Broward County, and the Economic Development Zones in the Middle East the United Arab Emirates in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Muscat Oman, and Eastern Europe. Dr. Castro, also conducts webinars, seminars, and workshops in Managing Student Debt and Financial Literacy for International Entrepreneurs, Non-for-Profit Organizations, Universities, Colleges, and High School Students based on the new Florida Senate Bill 1054, known as the Dorothy L. Hukill Financial Literacy Act, which will go into effect at the beginning of the 2023 – 2024 school academic year.
Dr. Castro has also been a Guest Speaker and Panelist at the 7th Middle East CEO Awards at The Burj Al Arab Hotel in Dubai on April 21st, 2010. The Summit witnessed by the presence of His Royal Highness of Abu Dhabi and President of the UAE, Sheikh Khaild Bin Zayed Sagar Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Bin Zayed Group UAE and by His Royal Highness and Ruler of Dubai, His Royal Highness, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum who is also the Vice President of the UAE.
