I was born in Brooklyn, New York and later attended Penn State University.  I relocated to Florida in 2005 shortly after getting married and having my first-born son.  Soon thereafter I was blessed with boy/girl twins.  I am a good listener and realize the importance of doing so. I will make sure to understand your goals/wants/needs and offer advice on how to accomplish them. 


I am an avid runner, foodie and lifestyle coach.  During my spare time, I`ll be exercising, running a road race or entertaining my friends.  I also enjoy giving back to the community by volunteering in local organizations like the South Florida School for Autistic Children and Covenant House.
