Grace Staten works with Coastal Wealth, a MassMutual firm as Vice President, Marketing. In addition to advising producers on how to position their practices in the marketplace, she is responsible for the firm’s communication and marketing development efforts since 2006. She also directs media relations, branding, advertising and website development. She manages and oversees the agency’s sponsorships, events, community and charitable efforts.
Grace has dedicated much time throughout her career to community involvement, assuming leadership roles in both civic and charitable organizations. Her extensive involvement includes volunteering regularly with Gateway Council of Girl Scouts and Junior Achievement.
She is the incoming National President Elect for Accounting and Financial Women’s Alliance; the Publicity Chair of the Orange Park Charter Chapter of American Business Women’s Association and on the Membership Committee with NAIFA Florida.
Grace’s career began in the financial services industry in 1996 including working with Ameriprise (formerly American Express Financial Advisors) and later Calvert Investments. She obtained her master’s degree in Business Administration in 2004. She holds bachelor’s degree in Finance from San Jose State University. She earned the Financial Services Certified Professional designation and holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 24, 63 and 66 registrations.

Jim Winstel recently joined MassMutual South Florida in November 2014 as an Agency Managing Director in our new Ft. Myers, Florida district office.
Jim began his financial services career in 1997 with Northwestern Mutual in Phoenix, Arizona. He immediately became a role model and leader in helping his clients effectively meet their financial goals, estate strategies and insurance needs for 17 years. Jim, having grown up in Southwest Florida, decided to move his family back to Ft. Myers and was offered an opportunity to lead and develop a team of financial professionals at MassMutual South Florida.
As an Agency Managing Director, Jim is focused on making an impact in the community and to attract and develop financial professionals who can flourish in a supportive team environment. He enjoys building a team of individuals who are results-oriented, self-motivated, and have a strong work ethic.
Jim graduated from Barry University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, and Finance. His licenses include FINRA series 6, 63, and a 2-15 (life, health and annuities).
Jim is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys water sports, camping, bicycling, hiking and sports activities with his wife and children.

I received the CLTC designation in 2002 for certification in Long Term Care education and training and became a member of GAMA, a professional development and leadership organization. I have become proficient with many technology tools designed to help individuals have a holistic view of what might impact their finances and help them to increase and improve their efficiency and effectiveness with their finances.
I was born in South Florida and graduated Florida Atlantic University in 1993. I am married and live in Coral Springs with my wife, Jodi, and have a 21-year-old daughter, who is a technology recruiter for a top firm.
