Philip Rogero is the Founder and CEO of Rogero Wealth Planning. As a 3rd generation financial advisor and the youngest of ten children, he was exposed to financial planning concepts early in life, he capitalized on the wealth of knowledge and expertise of his father and grandfather. He provides personalized financial planning services, helping clients define and achieve their financial goals through tailored solutions and strategies which encompass all financial tools available. Philip focuses on helping clients optimize their retirement income and protection planning. He does this through education and knowledge of utilization of financial channels to help increase the efficiency of wealth to provide retirement income and protection to ones financial situation.
Philip has been a perennial top producer with the firm since 2011 and is a part of the Agency Representative Council. He achieved the Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual) Rising Leader Award from 2011 through 2016 and qualified for MassMutual Leaders Club from 2012 to present. For his achievements in sales, he obtained Junior Associate of the Year from 2013-2015, Life Insurance Leader in 2016, Lives Leader and Disability Income Leader in 2018.He was Associate of the Year in 2017 and 2018 and LADL FYC Leader in 2017.
He consistently achieves many industry awards such as the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) Quality Business Awards, the prestigious NAIFA Florida’s Top 4 Under 40 from 2017 through 2019, NAIFA top 40 Under 40 in 2014, and qualifying member of Million Dollar Round Table from 2017-2019.
Philip has grown his clients to span across 15 different states. He holds two Professional Designations: Financial Services Certified Professional (FSCP) awarded by The American College, and Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS) granted by The College for Financial Planning.
Philip’s family history goes deep as one of the founding families of St. Augustine, Florida. As a native of the area, Philip understands what small communities are all about and finds ways to help others succeed and reach their goals and beyond. Philip generously donates his time to volunteering with NAIFA, Hope Haven Children’s Clinic and Daniel Kids. Philip and his wife Lea live in St. Augustine with their 3 children.
